And so I think she just felt like it was kind of the best possible way of dealing with a difficult emotional situation. Her doctor had actually sent her home with prescriptions for pain relievers and with Tylenol. And when you count situations where people don’t even know that they’re pregnant yet, it can be as high as one in four pregnancies ending in miscarriage, especially in the first trimester.
